Local 338 understands how difficult it can be to navigate the immigration system and obtain citizenship. The paperwork alone can be challenging to navigate and difficult to complete on your own. As a result, Local 338 union members and their families can receive free legal assistance through a number of different benefits and programs. These legal services are provided through the Local 338 Legal Benefit, our National and International Unions the RWDSU and UFCW, as well as other community and labor partners

By utilizing these legal services, Local 338 members can find out what options are available to them and ask specific questions related to their circumstances. The legal teams are well equipped to provide individual consultations and to screen members and their families to see if they may qualify for any other forms of relief. Members can even receive assistance completing the required forms.
