Member Assistance Program

Local 338’s Member Assistance Program (MAP) is available to all active members and their dependents to provide resources and support to those who need it. We are working with our community partner, the Labor Education Community Services Agency, Inc (LECSA), who will help put members in touch with licensed professionals and agencies to meet their specific needs. We understand that reaching out for help can be difficult – but all calls to LECSA are strictly confidential, and their staff is prepared to help members facing a variety of issues, including addiction, mental health, grief, housing instability, domestic violence and more.
